Abstract Submission
  • The Organizing Committee of WAHAH2026 cordially invites you to submit abstracts. All abstracts should be submitted online only via an official website (https://www.wahah2026.kr).
  • Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee of WAHAH2026 after the submission deadline. You may be required to change your presentation type.
  • Abstract submission does not constitute automatic registration for WAHAH2026. Please register the congress separately during the registration period.

Steps for Abstract Submission
  • STEP 1 Read all instructions carefully step by step and check out your information below.
  • STEP 2 Fill out the information of your abstract. (Preference, Category, Title, etc.)
  • STEP 3 Select the number of authors of the abstract and fill out all authors’ information.
  • STEP 4 Agree on terms of service.
  • STEP 5 Review your abstract info and submit.

Abstract Submission Instruction
  • All abstracts must be written in clear English and submitted online. The abstract submission deadline is February 28, 2026 (KST) for all countries.
  • Abstracts must be no more than 300 words. If relevant, authors may include 2–3 references and acknowledgements and should provide up to six (6) keywords.
  • Any supplementary image must be uploaded as a JPG or PNG file and must not exceed 500 KB.
  • Authors may indicate their preferred presentation format (Oral or Poster) at submission. However, the Scientific Committee may request a change of format after review.
  • Authors may edit and revise their submitted abstracts until the submission deadline.
  • Presenting authors must register for the congress via the website by April 30, 2026 (KST). Submission notifications will be posted on the website and sent by email. Please ensure that you receive an email confirmation after submitting your abstract. If you do not receive a confirmation email, we have no record of your submission. Please double-check the email address used for submission.
  • The Organizing Committee of WAHAH 2026 reserves the right to publish accepted abstracts in the Abstract Book and Program Book of WAHAH 2026.
