Registration Guidelines

Welcome to the online registration page for WAHAH 2026.

Please complete the registration form below. Your personal details are already on file, so you only need to confirm your registration category, preferences, and payment method.

1. Registration Categories & Fees
Oral or Poster Presenters Free of charge (with Presenter Code)
Host & Partner Organization Special Rate (with Agreement Code)
Early Registration (~ 2026.04.30) USD 100 (KRW 100,000)
General/On-site Registration (2026.04.30 ~) USD 150 (KRW 150,000)
Undergraduate Students Free of charge (with Waiver Code)
Accompanying Partner USD 50 (KRW 50,000)
Note: Oral and poster presenters must enter the Presenter Code provided in their acceptance letter. The code will automatically waive the registration fee.
2.What Your Fee Includes

All paid registrations (and presenter registrations) include:

  • Abstract book (printed booklet and PDF)
  • Two lunches
  • Two dinners
  • Coffee & refreshments during breaks
  • Cultural event on Day 3
3. Payment Methods

Bank Transfer

  • Beneficiary: CHUNMYUNGSUN / 천명선 (WAHAH2026)
Please make sure that the sender’s name matches the name used in the registration form, and that any bank charges are paid by the sender.

PayPal

  • PayPal Account: wahah2026.paypal@gmail.com
When sending payment via PayPal, please include your full name and “WAHAH 2026 Registration” in the message or reference field.
4. Confirmation and Receipt
  • After you submit your registration form, you will receive an automated email with:
    • A summary of your registration details
    • The total amount due (if applicable)
    • The payment instructions (bank transfer and PayPal information)
  • After your payment has been received and verified, you will receive a registration confirmation email.
  • Through your personal My Page on the conference website, you will be able to:
    • Download your receipt
    • Check your registration status
