Presentation Guidelines

1) Official Language
  • The official language of the Congress is English.
2) Oral Presentation
  • 20 minutes for the presentation, followed by 10 minutes for discussion (Q&A).
3) Poster Presentation
  • Posters must be prepared in A0 size and displayed in the designated poster area.
    • (Note: Standard A0 is 84.1 × 118.9 cm. If you prefer to keep “90–120 cm,” consider clarifying whether this refers to the long side.)
4) Honorarium and Registration
  • No honorarium will be provided to presenters other than keynote speakers.
  • Presenter registration fees will be waived (complimentary registration for presenters).
5) Slide Deck (PPT) and Subtitles
  • All presentation slides (PPT) must be prepared in English.
  • If you deliver your talk in Korean, you must prepare English subtitles using the full presentation script (i.e., provide complete English captions/subtitles covering the entire talk).
